Lakes Aquarium

The Lakes Aquarium is one of Cumbria's fantastic attractions similar to sea life centres found elsewhere in the UK with the exception that it is fresh water species.

Walk through the tunnels and instead of watching sharks and rays swimming, see huge carp and diving ducks from under the water, its a totally unique experience.

The aquarium features a carp tank, various internationally themed exhibits, a sea shore discovery zone inspired by regions on the Cumbrian coast and much more.
